You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pek365 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. Report suspected unauthorised access to our support team immediately.
Your username and password are personal to you. You must not allow any other person to access your Account or use your login details, and you must take all reasonable steps to prevent such access. pek365 treats all actions taken from your Account as having been authorised by you unless we are notified otherwise.
The Platform is made available for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may not use pek365 for any commercial purpose, data scraping, automated querying, market intelligence gathering, or any activity that places a disproportionate load on our technical infrastructure.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and legal action:
pek365 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network disruptions, and other technical factors may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.
All bets are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of selections — including event, market, odds, and stake — before confirming a wager. pek365 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the User.
Odds are quoted in decimal format by default and are subject to change up to the moment of bet placement confirmation. Live in-play odds fluctuate in real time; the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to a settled bet.
pek365 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including (but not limited to): manifest pricing errors, corrupted or incomplete data feeds, event cancellation, technical failure during bet acceptance, or evidence of fraudulent bet placement. In the event of a void, stakes are returned to the User's Account.
Individual and aggregate maximum winnings limits apply per event and per day. These limits are specified within the relevant product section of the Platform. pek365 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any bet at its reasonable discretion, without prior notice, where circumstances warrant.
Live dealer games are streamed in real time. Disconnections during a live game round do not automatically void the bet. Settlement is based on the outcome recorded by the live dealer system. Users experiencing consistent connectivity issues should resolve them before participating in live casino products.
Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific eligibility criteria which will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms. A User may only claim each bonus offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple instances of the same bonus will result in forfeiture of all related funds and account closure.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before withdrawal is permitted. For illustrative purposes: a bonus of PKR 1,000 with a 30× wagering requirement means the User must place bets totalling PKR 30,000 before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Actual wagering requirements are specified in the applicable promotion terms and may differ from this example.
Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at a higher rate than table games. Some games may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculation. The applicable contribution rates for each game category are specified in the promotion terms.
While a bonus is active in your account, maximum bet limits per round or spin apply — typically in the range of PKR 200 to PKR 500, though the exact figure is set by the specific promotion. Placing bets exceeding the maximum permitted amount during bonus play may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
All bonuses are subject to an expiry date. Bonuses not claimed within the stated validity period, or wagering requirements not satisfied within the stated timeframe, will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Users are responsible for monitoring their own bonus expiry status within the Account dashboard.
pek365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice. We also reserve the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonuses where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, or bad-faith exploitation of promotional terms.
pek365 references payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including mobile wallets and digital payment services such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, instant payment infrastructure such as Raast, and bank transfer services associated with institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah — as contextual references only. The mention of these payment providers does not constitute an endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with pek365, nor does it imply that these providers support or approve gambling services. Actual deposit method availability, minimum/maximum transaction limits, processing times, and applicable fees are determined by the operator and the relevant payment provider at the time of transaction.

You must not reproduce, copy, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without explicit prior written permission from pek365. Any unauthorised use will constitute an infringement of pek365's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pek365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including (without limitation): loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
pek365's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Pakistan is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and other applicable provincial and federal legislation. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to represent a warranty or claim that the use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or in any other specific jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws in the User's jurisdiction provide otherwise.
pek365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users — via email, in-account notification, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform — prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.1 above.
